The paid proof pilot
A four-week paid proof pilot with success criteria you write down before we start. Small enough to be honest about, real enough to prove something.
What the pilot actually is
You bring existing material, or one subject-matter expert, for one real course and one real team. We stand up your branded Brokerage University, author the course with you, and put it in front of people doing the actual job. Then we look at what happened, against criteria you agreed in writing at the start.
Your own branded university stood up and mapped to your structure, one real course authored from your material, a cohort enrolled, and a readiness report at the end measured against your own success criteria.
A training owner who can make decisions, existing material in whatever state it is in, and one or two subject experts for short validation check-ins. Not a documentation project.
How the four weeks run
About four weeks end to end. The middle two are the ones being tested; the first week is setup and the last few days are the review.
Success criteria are agreed in writing before day one. If we cannot write down what would make this worth doing, that is worth knowing before you spend anything.
Before you get here
We do not open with a pilot, and it is not a sales tactic. A pilot is scoped against what your current training model is costing you. Without that figure there is nothing to aim the pilot at, no way to size it honestly, and no way for either of us to say afterwards whether it worked.
So the sequence below is not a hurdle. It is the shortest route to a pilot that is actually scoped to your brokerage rather than to a generic template. Scope and necessity are decided in the Review, not before it.
Three steps
In that order, and it is short. The first step takes about a minute.

Already have your number and your six-page report?Finding the number is the easy half. The Review is where we work out what is recoverable, and where the pilot gets scoped.

Book it
A private 20-minute working session. We look at your number, work out how much of it is directionally recoverable per hire, per month and per year, and scope whether a pilot is the right next step. No slides and no sales presentation.
What happens nextYou pick a time, we confirm by email, and you get the session. If a pilot is not the right answer for you, we will say so in the call rather than afterwards.
Not done the Diagnostic? It takes about a minute and gives the Review something concrete to work from. Start the Diagnostic.
No pressure. If we are not a fit, we will tell you quickly.
