OurBuddy AI builds Brokerage University: a brokerage’s own learning and readiness system, made from its own knowledge. It exists because of something its founder kept hitting as a licensed P&C broker.
Where the belief came from
Over several years on the desk, Anil collected six public five-star reviews. He did not ask for them and they were written by people who had never met each other. They named the same handful of things: fast response, clear explanation, the right solution, calm when matters became complicated, tangible financial value, and trust.
Every one of those six outcomes depends on something a person knows how to do. Which means every one of them can, in principle, be taught, practised and reinforced. That is an uncomfortable thought for any brokerage owner, because it means the standard is not a personality trait. It is a capability, and capabilities can be built.
Not whether one broker can deliver an excellent customer experience. Whether that way of working can be captured, taught, practised and repeated across more brokers, more consistently.
The uncomfortable part for any brokerage owner: that standard usually lives inside a few people, not in the brokerage. The real question was never whether Anil had a good day with a customer. It was whether that way of working could be captured, taught, practised, and repeated, so every broker gets there and every new hire gets there faster.
Who is building it
The domain knowledge and the engineering sit in the same two-person conversation, which is why this is not a generic learning platform with insurance wording sprayed over it.

Fully licensed Canadian insurance broker. MBA (UK) and MTEI from Saint Mary's University, Halifax. Twenty years of experience across more than ten industries and countries.

Chief software architect. Fifteen years across telecom, finance and hospitality. Expert in CRM, messaging and loyalty systems.
What we believe
What excellent brokers know can be taught on purpose. Brokerages committed enough to preserve and teach that craft help raise the standard of the profession. Everything below follows from that one sentence.
Through knowledge, practice, feedback and experience. We can capture what your experts know, structure the practice, reinforce the learning and shorten the road to readiness. We do not replace mentorship, time on the desk, or a human being who is accountable for the standard.
Every brokerage has its own operating DNA. Our job is to help you preserve and teach the standards you have already validated. We are not here to make thousands of brokerages identical to each other, or to us.
The broker is the hero of this story. Software earns its place only by preserving expertise, freeing senior people from unnecessary repetition, improving practice, and making it easier to see where support is needed.
We would rather be tested than believed. Today that means one course, one cohort and fourteen days of real broker use inside a tightly scoped paid pilot. The offer will change over time. The insistence on evidence will not.
How we talk about results
Three different kinds of evidence get used on this site, and we keep them apart on purpose, because blurring them is how trust gets spent.
The six reviews above. They concern Anil’s work as a licensed P&C broker. They say nothing about the OurBuddy AI platform, and we never present them as if they do.
Memberships and affiliations. They mean we were accepted into a programme. They are credibility, not proof that the product works.
What a pilot actually produced, against criteria agreed in writing beforehand. When we have customer results we are permitted to name, we will name them. Until then we do not imply them.
Every figure we publish carries its source and its method. Sample data in product views is labelled as sample data. A directional estimate is called a directional estimate and never an audited result. If we cannot show the working, we do not publish the number.
